Kitsaki Management performs the for-profit economic development activities of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band (LLRBI), based in Saskatoon or La Ronge, Saskatchewan. The LLRBI has used sound business principles to grow these past four decades with a history of supporting and servicing the resource sector. Kitsaki's mission is to build and invest in a diverse network of businesses that improve the economic future of Indigenous communities and directly benefit the LLRIB through strong corporate governance, responsible decision-making, and sustainable partnerships. Kitsaki has sustainable, long-term investments in transportation, insurance, environmental, engineering, utility vegetation, forestry, hospitality, and mining. Kitsaki examines many potential business opportunities and selects only a few that meet appropriate profitability, risk, and employment criteria.  

In conjunction with the Board of Directors, the CEO leads the planning, organizing, and directing of the Kitsaki Management Limited Partnership companies and employees to create a healthy commercial environment. The CEO's primary goal is to attract, expand, and enhance investment partnerships and revenue opportunities to benefit the organization. The Chief Executive Officer will work closely in collaboration with the COO, CFO and the General Managers of the Kitsaki group of companies to conceptualize and formulate strategic initiatives that further the mission of Kitsaki and ensure the operations of the group support those initiatives.
