Innovation Place is currently seeking a Technical Operations Coordinator to join their Technical Operations team on a 13-month term. This position will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating preventive maintenance and tenant work requests as well as the execution of projects and contracted work in conjunction with Building Operators, Tradespeople, Property / Facilities Managers and Project Managers
- Preparing annual operating budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly variance reports
- Leading a variety of departmental administrative duties such as work orders, purchase orders, payables, receivables, coding, billing, etc.
- Collaborating with the Facilities Manager to research and complete BOMA BEST surveys
What We Want from You
- Knowledge of procedures, techniques, and methods related to building management
- Experience with resource estimating, monitoring, controlling and reporting
- Comfort with the budgeting process
- Experience working with contractors and vendors
- Five to seven years experience in a similar property management or maintenance role
