Prairie Centre Credit Union, Saskatchewans largest rural-based credit union, permanent full-time Relationship Support Officer opportunity available. The successful candidate will be responsible to provide administrative support within the Herbert branch, and will be a results-focused, team player who thrives in providing outstanding service. The Relationship Support Officer will work collaboratively with the regional team to assist in achieving sales goals by displaying exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing work demands.

Responsibilities:
    Provide ongoing retail administrative support to assist in the achievement of growth targets and ensure exceptional service delivery to members
    Collaborate with the regional team to develop creative and innovative approaches to achieving results
    Build value-based relationships with the regional team, staff, and members
    Be an active member of the branch team to ensure efficient and effective operations
    Participate in business development, growth, and community engagement strategies

Qualifications:
    Knowledge of deposit and loan products and services, or willingness and ability to learn
    Motivated team player with a willingness to help out, for the overall good of the team and members
    Ability to prioritize work requirements to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work within time constraints
    Experience in a customer service-oriented environment
    Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
