The Business Development Representative is located in Regina and reports directly to the Division Manager, Saskatchewan Service. You will be assigned a geographical or vertical market and will be responsible for prospecting potential new clients in the assigned market, uncovering needs, providing mechanical and HVAC related solutions; and entering into service agreements with new clients.
-Researching, cold calling and setting up meetings with potential clients
-Utilize proven sales methods to identify and solicit potential clients for future service work
-Meet with and develop impressionable relationships with potential clients to successfully understand their needs and specific requirements
-Develop reports and proposals as part of sales presentation to potential clients
-Prepare sales agreements under the direction of the Sales team
-Price the agreement according to Company pricing standards
-Prepare start-up documents for set up and attend start-up meetings with new clients
-Keep internal software and database up to date with sales activities
-Provide technical, process or estimating support during project design or proposal phase
-Assist as needed in developing the customer business case for project solution
-Lead or support detailed estimating of projects
-Build detailed cost estimate and scope of work in conjunction with operations and sales staff
