With direction from Willow Cree Health Services (WCHS), the incumbent will support and adhere to the Mission/Vision of the organization to provide services to the community of Beardys & Okemasis Cree Nation (BOCN). Under the supervision of the Mental Wellness Coordinator, the Adult Wellness Facilitator (MWF) will provide services including counselling to adults, case management, addictions assessments, aftercare planning and program facilitation. This position is part of a multi-disciplinary team within the scope of the mental health and addiction program. Multi-disciplinary work will include program support to other members of the mental health team, as needed.
