Description

Supervise, provide leadership for, and track performance and workplan activities of the three (3) Community Energy Coordinators (CECs).
Assist the SREP team in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress using project management software
Develop and lead an engagement plan for all stakeholders with the support from the SREP Team
Take direction from the SREP Advisory Committee to manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
Provide leadership and establish and maintain effective and harmonious working relationships with all those involved in the project
Assist in the development of a training capacity plan for the community and the Community Energy Coordinators
Work to continually develop leadership skills among the SREP Energy Champions
Assist to develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
Meet with the SREP Advisory Committee and report all project activities consistently
