We are looking for a full-time, experienced bookkeeper to serve our growing company. The qualified candidate should be a self-starter who are able to handle multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable;
* Review approved employee hours and process payroll;
* Post journal entries, reconcile bank statements and credit cards, maintain general ledgers, and prepare financial statements and other financial reports;
* Process GST/ PST remittances;
* Assist external accountant with income tax submission;
* Maintain historical records by filling documents electronically and via hard copies;
* Involvement with planning and organizing corporate social events.
