Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to serve our growing company. The qualified candidate should be a self-starter who are able to handle multitask effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
** Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of employees;
** Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities in different work groups;
** Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports to general manager;
** Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies;
** Requisition supplies and materials;
** Ensure smooth operation of equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work;
** Ensure the safety of equipment, safe operation and good maintenance;
** Supervise construction and adjustment of projects to improve efficiency and ensure equipment complies with environmental, health and safety standards and government regulations;
** Assistant general manager to hire or dismiss and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
