Planning and coordination store operations
In charge of the stores day to day activities
Optimize store sales and profitability and apply marketing strategies
Discuss and settle contracts with suppliers and manage inventory management
Coordinate employee management, cash register operations and inventory
Ensure quality customer service in professional and respectable manner
Monitor quality of food stocks and prepared food items
Assist owner in hiring and training process of new employees
Follow and implement health and safety regulations as per provincial standards
