Job Order Detail

Description

1-Greet customers when entering or leaving the restaurant.
2-Take customer orders and register sales at the terminal.
3-Accept mobile orders for pick-up.
4-Provide any allergic information and help understand the menu.
5-Resolve customer complaints and provide a best possible solution.
6-Stock drinks and snacks for grab and go purchase at the terminal.
7-Issue return or void a transaction.
8-Discount and redeem coupons, points cards/ loyalty cards.
9-Collect payments in cash, debit, visa, and gift cards.
10-Keep a track of customer behavior, and report to manager for a better customer experience.
11-Maintain a safe and clean point of sale area as per the health and safety procedure of the food industry.
12-Generate end of the day sales report, and balance cash at opening and shift closing.
13-Help the restaurant achieve its daily goals for a better customer experience.
Salary will be $12.50 - $14.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience.or we will discuss about salary. These are full-time positions.
