The Technology division is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and reporting of strategic initiatives and projects with the aim of increasing efficiencies, contributing to divisional goals, and supporting the teams of the division. In addition, this role oversees the operational and reporting cadences for the division. The Director of Operations works closely and reports to the CTO. This role will act as Chief of Staff to the Division and support strategy, planning, and operational efforts.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Growth
Strategize, manage, and execute multiple related projects are directed towards the strategic direction of the division and organization
Facilitate the divisions leadership and cross-functional teams to collaborate on strategies
Identify growth opportunities for the division and organization
Budgeting & Reporting
Update dashboards, manage reporting for the division
Oversee team goals and provide tracking & support as needed
Administrative Work
Develop and maintain program assessment tools for evaluation and improvement
Evaluates processes continually
Leads the operational and reporting cadences for the division
Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience
Bachelors degree or masters degree in business administration or related field
Strong knowledge and handling of project and program management methodologies and techniques - Project Management Professional (PMP) is considered an asset
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams, be a strategic and creative thinker, have a positive can-do attitude, and work well in a constantly evolving environment
Proven stakeholder management skills
Ability to find innovative and reactive ways to solve complex problems
