Description

Are you looking for a career with meaning and purpose? SARCs Education and Training team provides training and professional development opportunities for non-profits, focusing on supporting and strengthening these organizations and the services they provide.  The Education & Training Assistant provides support for SARCs education programs, training & events.

Job Functions:
Edits, formats, maintains, updates and distributes all training materials and resources.
Assists with the development and maintenance of training programs on SARCs online learning platform.
Assists with administrative/tracking responsibilities for all SARC education, training, and events, which include but are not limited to, making hotel bookings, preparing documentation and packages, registering attendees and providing confirmation, set-up, performing mail outs and faxing, handling required printing of materials, license issuing, and database tracking, etc.

Requirements :
Demonstrates proficiency using Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Demonstrates proficiency using Adobe products including Premiere Pro, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat DC.
