Description

MELC is looking for casual staff who is bright, energetic, playful, loving and nurturing. Shifts will be "on-call" between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. All applicants must have current First Aid and CPR level C certification. Preference will be given to applicants with an ECE Level through the Ministry of Education in Saskatchewan.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Salary: From $15.00 per hour

 - Early Childhood Education Assistant Certificate
 - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
 - Food Safe Certificate
 - Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree
Early Childhood Education Skills
 - Provide opportunity for creative expression through the mediums of art, dramatic play and music
 - Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities, field trips and special activities
 - Prepare progress reports and discuss with parents and other staff members
 - Plan and develop child care and nursery school programs
 - Assess the developmental level of children
Additional Skills
 - Maintain day care supplies and equipment
 - Assist in housekeeping duties
Ability to Supervise
 - 5-10 people
