We are looking for a highly-skilled, experienced and energetic individual to help the office run smoothly by taking care of a variety of office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Support manager and colleagues through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication;
Check and distribute incoming regular and electronic mails and communicate the information internally;
Responsible for office maintenance and office supplies purchase;
Plan meetings and take meeting minutes;
Provide general clerical support, including drafting, summarizing, and filling the documents;
Hotel reservation and air-ticket booking service when necessary;
Initial recording, regular update, and annual review for fixed assets;
Ship/receive documents, letters and packages;
Answer incoming phone calls and leave messages for the colleagues when necessary;
Greet visitors and direct visitors to the meeting room;
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for colleagues and clients;
Assist in statistics and research work when necessary;
Develop and maintain a filling system;
Prepare and submit expense reports, regularly scheduled reports, employee attendance record, incoming phone call lists, etc.
Respond to inquiries either face to face or through phone calls;
Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
