This position provides expertise to all staff in deposit/lending administration and information through training retail and support staff to ensure all deposit/lending activities are complying with Credit Union policies and procedures. As well as solving complex issues, creating solutions and training to those solutions.
The person in this position has a solid understanding of the duties and functions of the support service roles to aid in identifying areas to provide top end solutions to the service and retail teams. A natural desire to want to teach and share knowledge is associated with someone in this role. An investigative mindset is at play to be able to resource solutions to issues that are arising with a proactive approach to resolving for the future. Using all of the technology and relationship resources they build are key to helping excel in this role. Long-term the person in this role generally can see doors open in a number of fields from front line service given the extensive background they have acquired or in a leadership capacity.
