WESK is a non-profit, membership-based organization of over 1,200 members whose main goal is to assist in the start up, and scaling of women-owned business.  Our focus is bold  we value innovation and empowerment as we support women in the relentless pursuit of their dreams. We elevate the entrepreneurial experience by connecting like-minded professionals, offer access to business advising, financing, training, and networking events  giving our members endless possibilities to unite with empowered entrepreneurs of every age, stage, and culture.

Imagine young women who do not know the meaning of glass ceiling.  Not because they are uninformed, but because it is no longer part of the lexicon.  As CEO of WESK, you will help manifest this future narrative.

As CEO, you will assume overall responsibility for achievement of the organizations mission, strategic direction and annual operating plan.  Providing strong leadership, you will ensure the efficacy of all organizational functions including budgeting, financial performance, technology infrastructure, administration, human resources, marketing and communications, and client service (program) delivery.

Hallmarks of success will be predicated on your ability to identify opportunities, drive change, develop meaningful partnerships and foster growth in your high performing team.
