Since 1985, PSI has been developing enterprise level software in Saskatoon and selling it all over the world. We have 2 software products for our B2B clients: EventPro (SaaS), for event venue management and event planning, and PMXpert, for preventive maintenance.
You will assist clients from their first contact through the entirety of the relationship while working with other departments as a team. Work is done independently from the home or office; however, there are occasional trade shows throughout North America that you are expected to attend.
Responsibilities:
-Take warm leads through sales cycle, from initial assessment calls to closing
-Provide software demonstrations to prospective clients via webinar
-Negotiate contracts & close prospective clients within a long-term sales cycle, averaging 3-6 months
-Ensure a smooth transition for new clients from purchase to implementation, and ongoing success using our software and services
-Follow up with clients & prospective clients via phone and email
Requirements:
-Highly organized with the ability to handle incoming/outgoing calls & emails while managing upwards of multiple software demonstrations daily
-Ability to establish rapport & relationships without face to face interaction
-Strong time management skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail
-Proficient with computers
-Able to travel within North America
Nice to have:

-Public speaking & experience conducting web-based demonstrations
