The Opportunity:
Welcome and direct all visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
Provide front desk support and perform a variety of administrative tasks including receiving and redirecting calls, sorting and distribution mail, manages courier packages, managing access cards and managing office supplies.
Monitor and create reports regarding the corporate desk/meeting room booking system.
Wipe/disinfect counters and high traffic areas, maintaining cleanliness of reception area and common use areas and assist with meeting room set-up, catering and clean up.
Acts as a liaison with Saskatoon office landlord and advises them of any maintenance issues as well as handles all other building communications.
Assist department Administrative professionals when required and provides back-up to the Executive Assistant, People Resources.
You have:
Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Administrative Assistant, or related field.
Minimum two years experience in a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
