Hours of work are 8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri. On Call Rotation required upon completion of Training Program.
We are seeking individuals who may not yet possess the skills required for a Maintenance Associate but who have a positive attitude, are energetic and as passionate as we are in building communities and serving our Resident Members.  You must be self-driven, productive and have the capacity to deliver high-quality results.  Working within a team is essential to your success at Boardwalk.

Responsibilities Include:
-Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers
-Address Customer Requests for Maintenance (CRFMs) within 72 hours
-Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups as per established quality standards
-General common area and building maintenance
-Coordinate inspections of turnover suites  
-Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting
-Touch-up painting as required
-Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
-Complete other tasks as assigned
