Managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, as well as working with all personnel from laborers to owners are just a few parts of this all-encompassing position.

Skills and Qualifications
Experience in management of a team in a commercial-construction setting
Problem solving & critical thinking in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of and experience with technical drawings, contracts, specifications, scheduling, & site safety requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Job Tasks
Managing all aspects of construction projects.
Putting together estimates & proposals
Responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, their profitability, and maintaining the owner as a continuing client of Thorpe Industries. Daily communication with all parties involved in projects to ensure projects are running smoothly.
Work to build relationships with construction partners.
Ensure product is being installed correctly and work is of good quality
Communicate with team members to ensure optimal strategy and maximum efficiency
Deal with all RFIs, shop drawings, and details that pertain to design.
Attend site safety & coordination meetings.
Ordering of materials and consumable items.
Attend site walkthroughs and inspections as required
Review daily reports done by Site Foreman & Superintendent
