The Assistant Program Administrator position is well suited to an individual who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and performing administrative processes. The ability to communicate effectively, use computers with ease and learn new computer programs will be key to success in this role.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
*Provide effective and professional customer service
*Administer SCSA major programs including registration, certification, maintenance, and participation of individuals/companies in the program.
*Data entry of company, student, and course information; maintain filing system for all programs. produce reports as needed
*Provide backup reception support
Looking for experience and competency in the following:
*Customer service
*Interpersonal communication
*Computer literacy (including ability to learn new programs)
*Clerical processing and accuracy
This position can be located in either Regina or Saskatoon.
