Wanuskewin is looking for casual, seasonal banquet servers in our Culinary department. Reporting to the Indigenous Culinary Manager, this position will encompass all aspects of food and beverage service at Wanuskewin Heritage Park.
Duties:
- Washing pots, pans and dishes
- Room set up and tear down for banquet events
- Servicing rooms during banquets and meetings including delivering menu items to rooms, clearing tables and banquet tables
- Set up and trouble shoot A/V requirements
- Kitchen and banquet area cleaning
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- First aid/CPR an asset
- Understanding of customer service
- Pleasant attitude working with the public
- Reliable transportation to job site
- Ability to work in a group or on your own
- Able to procure a satisfactory criminal record check
- Attention to detail
