Description

Grant Hall Hotel is looking for an experienced(Front Desk), outgoing, hardworking, positive-proactive & responsible person to support our front desk team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Answering and directing all calls/emails appropriately and efficiently.
Process and confirm room reservations
Greet, register and assign rooms to arriving
  guests
Keeping track of front desk inventory.
Present a statement of charges to departing
  guests and receive payment for services
Respond to guests questions or concerns
Ensure work areas and equipment are kept
  functional and orderly at all times
Must abide by the dress code standards
  Help to other job duties assignment by the
  Supervisor, including room checks, preparing
  breakfast, light cleaning & Guest services.

Skill Requirements:
Excellent written and oral communication
  skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent telephone skills
Must have the ability to handle and solve
  customer related concerns and complaints and
  report to supervisor as necessary.

Knowledge and Training:

Must possess basic computer operations skills ( MS Excel, Word, Office, Internet savvy), good at social media. Knowledge of clerical and basic accounting procedures

Job Type: Part-time/Full Time (Open Availability)

Schedule:
     8 hour shift
     Morning shift/Evening Shift/Night shift
     Holidays
     Weekdays/Weekends
     Available to be on call to fill/cover
     shifts throughout the week.
