The Job duties and responsibilities are included below which are not limited to:
Coach Representatives on company process, procedures, and position
responsibilities. Oversee and manage payroll time entries and expenses to
optimize regional contribution. Implement and ensure Representatives'
performance through field support agents to complete tasks.
Assign and manage team projects to use efficiencies and quality execution.
Lead staff specialists' team to enhance sales, service levels and membership
conversions. Build and train sales specialists' team and develop overall store team.
Develop top performers and evaluate performance, coach, and offer feedback.
Inspect company equipment regularly to ensure maintenance.
Operate as front-line manager on implementing store functions through staff
members. Maintain client objectives through stocking and signing products and
setting them to schematics.
Achieve business goals through new items placement in authorized stores.
Motivate to sell, maintain store, and communicate with team.
Handle retail staff job functions and reconcile registers per shifts.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure Accounting received accurate paperwork
and handle merchandise pulls.
Finish mail orders and returns and update mailing lists through manager and staff
logs supervision through maintaining uniform standards.
