Our business is expanding. We offer online and in-person print-on-demand services besides our regular t-shirt and clothing sales.
Blooz Textile is looking for an Assistant Manager Trainee. The position will begin as full-time, with flexible hours, including some weekends.
The Marketing and Sales Associate position will encompass duties such as:
Assist in the development of a marketing/communications strategy
Content creation for social media and newsletters.
Ongoing management and updates of the Blooz Textile Inc. online store (under construction)
Assist in the management and coordination of outside consultants and media (design, writing, branding, photography)
Ensure that all communications follow our brand guidelines and objectives
Overall, this person will be involved in content creation and coordination of media and marketing materials for Blooz Textile. As a small business, this person will also have a hand in events, sales, and daily activities of the store.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
       - Excellent sales and customer service skills
       - Ability to lead a team towards set goals and provide training
       - Social media savvy
       - Effective communication
       - Posses a sense of style and able to give suggestion to a customer when needed
       - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
       - Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethics
       - Self-motivated and able to effectively work individually and with a team
       - Proficient at working with computers
       - Ability to work in accordance with policies and procedures
       - Ability to do basic math
