As a hotel we have a great mix of clientele, serving everyone from families with small children to teams and business travelers. We are dedicated to great food, great drinks and a great experience, and are looking for someone who shares that same mentality. We are looking to bring on a Line Cook who has at least 1-2 years of kitchen experience. The successful candidate must be available for weekends.

To be successful in this role you will need a familiarity with Saskatchewan cuisine staples, be able to read, and speak  English, and be on your feet for long periods of time. Here are a few of the duties we envision being completed by the successful candidate:
*Prepare and cook menu items for our Knotted Thistle Pub, DISH Restaurant, Room Service, as well as events and functions
*Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
*Set up and oversee buffets as needed
*Cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and work area
*Assisting with putting away groceries
*Prepping food and items for future use
