The Dietary Aide reports to the Director of Culinary Services
Key Responsibilities:
-to serve meals to residents and guest in a professional and courteous manner
-to set and clear dining room tables and deliver tray service as required
-to assist with cleaning of dishware, cutlery at the conclusion if each seating as required
-to comply with health and safety legislation, provincial regulations and adhere to department policy
-to complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-possess a Food Handlers Certificate or be willing to obtain
-[reference will be given to individuals with previous experience in the food service industry
-demonstrates excellent customer service skills
-must provide a complete and current (within six months) Vulnerable Sector Check (including a Criminal Background Check) or be willing to obtain one
