We are looking for a Food Service Supervisor who is energetic
to handle our day-to-day business operations.
Job Description:
-Supervise everyday production and distribution of food as per the requirements.
-Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
-Prepare timetables, work schedules, cleaning schedules and coordinates with staff.
-Participate in development of sanitation, security and safety standards and ensures implementation of standards established.
-Develop policies and procedures for operation of services.
-Orders food and non-food supplies, checks deliveries and maintains inventory records.
-Maintain proper temperature of food items as per the food safety standards.
-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and waste.
-Provide training and investigate all works done by employees.
-Prepare reports and order forms to ensure completion within appropriate timeframe as per the order pick up date and time.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Education, Training & Qualifications
-Completion of secondary school is usually required.
-Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management.
-Candidate must have at least 1 or 2 years in working experience in the related field.
Languages: Able to speak, read and write English.
