F45 Lakewood SC is adding a Head Trainer to our team. You will be ready to challenge yourself with a number of different levels of members who look to you for inspiration, form correction while you command presence in a group environment.

Head Trainer Qualifications:
    High energy
    Great communication skills
    Ability to lead a team effectively
    Quick learner with the ability to work both in a team and individual setting
    Certified fitness trainer or group fitness instructor
    Current First-Aid/CPR Certificate with AED

Head Trainer Responsibilities:
    TRAINING
    Training operations
    Training experience
    Training trainers
    F45 experience during class
    Music selection
    Injecting energy into classes
    SALES
    Secondary point of contact for membership sales
This is a FULL-TIME position with flexible scheduling. The Head Trainer works closely with the Studio Manager to bring in members and is responsible for member retention. Salary to be commensurate with experience, and opportunities to earn bonuses are available.
