Description

We are looking for a full-time, experienced Marketing Specialist to serve our growing firm. The role of the Marketing Specialist is to increase lead generation and traffic to our store and website, especially using social media advertising campaign management, automated and manual email marketing campaigns, and organic social media management.
Job Duties:
     Build our customer online and offline communities, promote company brand image
     Participate in developing our customer loyalty program and points reward program, improve customer stickiness
     Participate in developing our new customer App
     Respond to and evaluate customers reviews submitted on the company website
     Work with the sales team to develop, improve and adjust Tires/Services Coupons provided by our store
     Manage online advertising platform like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and any other future digital advertising channels
     Develop marketing materials online and offline, brochures in the store, promotion articles and videos, such as new products, customer stories, holiday promotions, etc
     Develop and manage media plans according to the company advertising budgets
     Managing marketing Analysis, market comparison of our products and services
     Participate in helping our sales team to determine the sales price and service structure, to further increase sales
     Performs other duties as required
