- Manage retail staff working in the company
- Check inventory and make sure products are in stock
- Make staff schedules weekly
- Regularly checking if products are merchandised on company standards
- Ensure sales records are maintained regularly
- Keeping a list of demand and sales

- Prepare and manage annual budget, expenditures and checking for any variances.
