Take direction from House Manager
All tasks given for the day are completed
Ensure all staff are working appropriately
Make sure all tables are clean and tidy ready for members/guests
Help out wherever you need to
Take tables when appropriate and/or needed
Expedite during busy times to ensure all food is rung in and presented appropriately
Oversee all tables; any issues must be handled in a professional manner and at your discretion depending on the nature
Set up/take down for any functions
Ensure all duties are completed in every department before dismissing staff, including yourself
Make sure cashouts are done correctly and all floats are counted and put away
at least 3 years experience in service industry
supervisor/manager experience would be appreciated
