We are looking for a pleasant Night Auditor that is an integral part of a team that aims to deliver the highest quality of service excellence.  We require highly engaged individuals who focus on the highest level of customer service. In this diverse role you will be responsible for the processing of arrivals and departures, registering the days transactions and correcting all errors.  You will also be responsible for all emergencies during the shift and all front desk responsibilities during the night shift.
Daily responsibilities will include the following:
    Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner
    Reconcile the days transactions
    Check in guests, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location
    Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner
    Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns
    Take action to solve guest problems using appropriate service recovery guidelines
    Routinely book guest reservations for individuals or groups
    Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service
    Perform other duties as assigned including guest room tours, concierge services, special guest request, etc.
Qualifications and Skills Required: (include education and work experience)
    High school diploma/Secondary qualification or equivalent
    One-year front desk/guest service experience strongly preferred
    Some college/university preferred
    Ability to work night shifts (11:00pm-7:00am)
    Passionate about delivering exceptional service to our valued guests
    Strong communication skills are essential when interacting with guests and employees
    Strong math skills are used frequently when handling cash or credit
    The ability to work a flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
