deliver the highest quality of service excellence.  As a Maintenance Technician, you will provide maintenance support and perform preventative and regular maintenance and repairs to all areas of the hotel.  We require highly engaged individuals who focus on the highest level of customer service.
Daily responsibilities will include the following:
    Ensure that all machines, tools, equipment, and the facility are properly services and are in good working order
    Perform maintenance related work in the following areas:
o    Electrical work
o    Plumbing and heating
o    Janitorial
o    Building maintenance
    Perform and record all work according to the preventative maintenance schedule
    Ensure the safety and security of the hotel grounds and building
    Maintain the hotel grounds and landscaping in a neat and attractive manner
    Ensure timely snow removal and the safety of walkways and parking lots during the winter months
    Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
    Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills Required: (include education and work experience)
    Must be able to read, understand, and follow instructions from machining diagrams and equipment manuals
    Must be able to work safely from ladders
    Must be knowledgeable in the use and operation of all hand power tools
    Must be able to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions
    Must be capable of working under minimum amount of supervision
    Able to effectively communicate in both technical and user-friendly language when appropriate, with all types of staff, including technical, professional, and upper management
    Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and decorating knowledge
