Job Order Detail

Description

1.    Daily coordination of all staff including office staff, drivers, and contractors
2.    Set performance goals, oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue
3.    Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations
4.    Oversee and ensure compliance with all government regulations relating to company services and safety
5.    Communicate and administer Company programs, policies and procedures
6.    Participate in accident investigation and annual driver evaluation reviews
7.    Ensure drivers, office staff and contractors understand their duties, responsibilities and company policies
8.    Prepare, manage and monitor the operating budget process.  
9.    Perform other duties as assigned.
