To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for an Intelligence Solutions Support Specialist. The successful candidate can work from any of our Pattison Agriculture locations and will be responsible for monitoring incoming customer and dealer personnel calls with the intent of quickly addressing precision ag equipment problems.

Responsibilities
This individuals responsibilities include:
-Quickly and accurately resolving common data, digital and embedded solution questions, and errors
-Performing diagnostic of monitors and receivers and shipping them to appropriate location for repair
-Assisting the Intelligence Solutions team

Requirements
This would be an ideal position if you have:
-2+ years experience working in an agriculture related role
-Have experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports
-The ability to use desktop and internet applications
-Excellent customer service skills
-Dealership service or other related work experience considered an asset
-The ability to work flexible hours, including travel
-A valid Class 5 Drivers License and the ability to travel
