Provide training to drivers on an ongoing basis.
Load and unload products and empty containers; account for all products delivered/returned and money collected, complete paperwork as required.
Train drivers and/or merchandisers on company policies and procedures.
If needed drive truck or go along with drivers to provide on the job training while deliveries being made.
Ensure adherence to safety standards
Facilitate communications for truck and equipment repairs with vehicle maintenance personnel.
Assist management in performing annual performance reviews with drivers and/or merchandisers.
Co-ordinate and schedule activities.
Recommend staffing actions.
