Description

Food Counter attendants helps in preparing, heating and finish simple food items and serve to customers at the food counter. They may also help in cleaning kitchen areas, tables, washing dishes and help other colleagues in various roles. Some of the duties performed are as follows:
1 Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develops a rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks, and food items.
2 Maintains efficient, friendly service
3 Develops an understanding of our menu items and the purpose of fair trade and communicates that effectively with customers.
4 preparing food such as pizzas, wings, pastas and side dishes
5 Setting up the workstation
6 Portion, clean, peel, slice and trim food items using manual and electric appliances like fryer, grills etc and then serve to customers
7 stock refrigerators, cupboards and drink machines
8 Reports all customer complaints to the manager on duty
9 Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing legendary customer service to customers
10 keep records of the quantities of food used
11 Routinely cleans the food counter, floor, windows, takes out the trash, and other assigned duties.
12 Reports potential safety hazards to the manager on duty.
