Description

We are a Real Estate Appraisal Company.  We are looking for Administrative Officer who is acquainted with Real Estate Business and familiar with software used in appraisal business specifically "CRAL Report Pro".  Administrative officer would be responsible to oversee and implement administrative procedures and establish work priorities. They would also be responsible for acquisition of supplies and security of privileged information of customers.  Administrative officer would be responsible for the scheduling of field appraisers and acquire adequate appraisal education to get familiar with the appraisal profession.
Candidates should have done some UBC Real Estate Appraisal courses and be willing to complete the designation program.  Knowledge of Panjabi and Urdu would be an additional asset.  Position involve requires extensive report writing skills.  Foreign applicants need to have IELTS score 7 and above.
