SRS Property Mgmt Corp, a fast-paced growing commercial property management company in Saskatchewan located at 1124 Albert Street Regina SK, S4R 2R1, is seeking for an experienced Heavy Duty Cleaner NOC 6733 on a full-time, permanent basis to join our dynamic team in the city/ town of Moose Jaw.

Duties: (Include but not limited to;)
Dry mop, wet mop (wash/scrub) and polish hard surface floors.
Wash/scrub the floors using walk behind or ride-on-scrubbing machine.
Strip and finish the hard surface floors manually or with power equipment when required.
Transporting garbage from drop points to garbage bins or compactor.
The heavy-duty cleaner will operate the compactor and will be responsible for cleaning the compactor at regular intervals.
Clean glass areas requiring ladders, scaffolding or other extension equipment to reach.
Clean washroom floors including washing, stripping and finishing.
Clean stairwells and elevator cabs
Change garbage bins as required sanitizing bin as per scope
Vacuum walk off matting
Maintain cleanliness of all used equipment on a regular basis
Wash walls, ceilings and dusts ceiling light fixtures and ceiling fans at established intervals.
Shampoo broadloom and uses extracting equipment to clean broadloom.
Attend all required health & safety training
Comply with H&S regulations and company policies
Use all required PPE indicated
Reports any unsafe conditions, hazards and all workplace injuries
All other duties as requested by supervisor

Education & Experience:    
High School level of education  
Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience in commercial cleaning set up is required
Candidate with WHMIS certificate is an ideal
Candidate with an experience in operating equipment Ride-On-Scrubber, Walk behind scrubber is an ideal
Candidate should be mechanically inclined

Days and Hours of work:   Monday to Friday  5 pm to 12:30 am - 35 hours / week
