*Job Duties
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashier.
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations.
Receive payments and issuing receipts.
Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
Recruitment and training staff.
Prepare reports on sales volume and forecasting, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Perform cleaning & maintaining activities.
*Job Requirements
Education: Completion of secondary School
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience as a retail sales supervisor.
