The employee in this classification is responsible to develop and implement work plan schedules, priorities and administrative procedures, including monitoring and controlling the flow of information and budgetary aspects for work teams and small to large corporate projects. This position is also responsible to monitor project and work progress, analyze problems, gather information and make recommendations on alternative solutions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Oversee and coordinate project and work processes and procedures and controls, and review, evaluate and implement new procedures, ensuring they are consistently applied
Establish, schedule and assign work priorities, measure work process performance, develop and implement metrics, and ensure timelines are met and procedures are followed
Facilitate the coordination of schedules, monitoring and detecting deviations from work plans
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Diploma in Architectural and Building Technology, or equivalent AND;
Five (5) years of experience in the preparation, development, and implementation of building, office and furniture layouts utilizing computer assisted design software, including AutoCAD and Revit, or equivalent
Valid Class 5 drivers licence, as required by the position
