1: Supervise and coordinate sales and staff.
2: Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness.
3: Training of new staff.
4: Authorize return of merchandise, sell merchandise to customers.
5: Handle any issues that arise such as customer complaints and supply shortages in a calm and courteous manner.
6: Maintain and keep track of specified inventory.
7: Prepare record regarding sale volume.
