Broda Group of companies is currently seeking FULL TIME JOURNEYMAN HEAVY DUTY MECHANICS. for Sask. and  to work in a fast paced, safety  conscientious, energetic work environment with a strong emphasis on team work.  Founded in 1957, Broda Group of Companies is a growing Saskatchewan based Mining and Heavy Construction Company, with an operating equipment fleet of over 400 units and growing.  Broda specializes in contract mining, infrastructure development involving heavy and civil construction and aggregate processing.
Candidates' duties will involve:
-Satellite field repairs
-In-house component rebuilding.
-Certified component rebuilds of equipment
analyze, diagnose, and perform complete repair of electrical systems, hydraulic systems, drive train systems and engines, including preventive maintenance inspections.
-Completion of all required documentation, i.e. work orders, etc.
Requirements:
-Completion of secondary school with heavy equipment maintenance and repair, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
-Cat experience an asset
-Ability to work with minimal supervision
-Ability to use computer and diagnostic equipment
-Abililty to perform preventative maintenance repairs
-Ability to maintain focus on tasks at hand
-Ability to act upon observations and relate appropriate Company policies and procedures to situation
-Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and in a team environment
-Ability and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
-Must have sufficient tools to perform duties
report to Maintenance Supervisor
