Primary Focus
As the primary level of leadership driving multiple projects, this position provides technical expertise and leadership for successful execution of customer projects in earthworks, pipelining, oilfield facility and maintenance and various other scopes of our diverse operation. The successful candidate will need to have a keen knowledge and expertise in at least one of these areas and some experience in our other areas of operation. This position oversees, organizes, and coordinates the effective use of workers, equipment, and sub-contractors within a 24/7 schedule.
Capable of executing field projects according to client instructions as well as maintaining and fostering both new and existing relationships with multiple clients and client representatives.
Capable to make competent decisions on the fly when required and communicate with both JML management and the customer when necessary.
Capable to read and interpret various construction drawings
Must be prepared to work under pressure and self-motivated to coordinate various client construction schedules/requirements and to ensure the projects are completed within the clients expectations.
Lead by example and be dedicated to a permanent, full time, on call work environment.

Communicate daily with management regarding any concerns.
Enforce company policys regarding the safety work environment and quality procedures. Identify and correct potential construction and safety problems.
Capable to recognize, address and resolve issues between crew members and recommend measure to improve productivity.
Inspect the quality of work by crews on a regular basis.
Demonstrate a readiness to take on new challenges and be willing to learn. Step up to take on tasks as a leader and not have to wait to be asked.
