Description

The Senior Data/BI Analyst will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of enterprise business intelligence (BI) solutions to Vendastas internal stakeholders and enable them to achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with leadership teams to develop robust research questions and contribute to all steps of the data analysis process.
Be the subject matter expert.
Build, maintain & monitor internal dashboards to track productivity, revenue, quality, expenses, efficiency metrics, and more
Develop SQL queries; Acquire, Integrate, and Distribute data, data models, and deliver BI dashboards and reports using Google Cloud Platform.
Work in a fast-paced, agile environment; deliver data, metrics, and reports that provide reliable and clear information to enhance their business and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a BI Developer/Data Analyst/Senior Data Analyst with the following skills:
Experience in SQL Programming with strong analytic and troubleshooting skills
Experience Developing BI reports using visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Looker, DataStudio, etc.,
Manage data - acquisition, integration, and distribution - using technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, Google BigQuery and orchestration tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Dataflow, Airflow, DBT, etc.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple and concurrent tasks.
Experience working in an Agile (SCRUM) environment and ability to deliver requirements following an iterative & incremental approach.
Ability to work independently as well as a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to tackle problems quickly and completely.
Strong communication skills
Develop and foster a working relationship with team members.
