PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications
2. Prepare components for welding and maintenance
3. Assembly of components manufactured
4. Mig welding of component parts to fabricate agriculture implements in a production line environment
5. Prepare and clean work area

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
1. Knowledge on safety standards for equipment
2. Possess knowledge of agricultural equipment
3. Good English communication skills
4. Mechanically inclined
5. Aware of different metal joining methods used in Industry.
6. Analytical skills to find misalignment in fit-up stage to avoid weld repairs

Degelman Industries offers an hour rate between $23.18 to $27.33 and a group benefits package including Dental and DPSP (Deferred Profit-Sharing Plan) after 12 months of employment.  Company benefits will be available after your 90-day evaluation which includes Health and Prescription coverage, Life Insurance, Dependent Life, AD&D, Weekly Indemnity and Long-Term Disability.
