Agriculture Service Manager

Job Description:

The Service Manager position at Robertson Implements offers a dynamic environment of which you will be a key in meeting the service levels our customers have come to expect from us. A normal day will have you in contact with customers discussing a variety of repairs, managing the day-to-day operations of the service shop, and managing work order flow through the shop to keep all techs at maximum efficiency. It requires an ability work independently and work as part of our store team.


Qualifications:

3+ years of Ag equipment service experience
In-depth knowledge of a variety of agriculture equipment
Ability to multitask and handle the timeliness of customer needs
Experience in successfully managing a team
Proven work ethic and superior communication skills
Preference will be given to candidates possessing a journeyperson certificate
