The Opportunity:
Were looking for a Business Relations Manager to join our team.  This position will be based out of Yellow Grass or Lang, Saskatchewan.  As part of WCUs vision, we are dedicated to helping our people be their best and making a positive impact in our communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and managing a team of individuals who build lasting relationships with our membership.  They will provide an exceptional member experience through account and lending services at two of our rural branches in Yellow Grass and Lang, Saskatchewan. The position works closely with other managers and team members within the credit union to build member relationships that add value and positively contribute to the credit unions strategic vision.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years post-secondary education plus at least 10 years of experience working in the financial industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous management and coaching experience with a proven track record of motivating and developing high performing teams.
- Working knowledge and thorough understanding of the legal and legislative requirements related to account and lending services.
