GL Mobile Communications has been providing communications services since 1988 in Prince Albert, SK. We are locally owned and operated with a team-oriented atmosphere. Our goal is to offer an excellent work atmosphere while providing top of the line customer service. We currently have an opening for a Cellular Communication Consultant.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Providing customer service in cellular communication sales.

REQUIRMENTS:
-    Experience in retail sales is a definite asset
-    Gr. 12 or equivalent
-    Analyzing information
-    In person/Phone/Email Etiquette and Communication
-    Attention to detail
-    Accuracy
-    Resolving Conflict
-    Multi-tasking

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-    Serve customers by providing product and service information
-    Resolving product and service problems.
-    Develop relationships with new and old customers by identifying their product/service needs.
-    Continuous training to learn new products and product features
-    Searching out new trends in the marketplace
-    Work area cleanliness
-    Continually apply safe work practices
-    Identify and approach new clients
-    Perform other duties as required

WORK HOURS:
Shifts typically include Monday to Friday (occasional weekends and evenings may be required):
-    8:00 am to 5:00 pm
-    9:00 am to 6:00 pm
